If you have difficulty booking or rescheduling an appointment, please contact us via text, call or email.
We currently see clients by appointment Monday through Saturday. We do often have same day openings so please give us a call at (616) 340-0543 if you would like to get in today. If the therapist you would like to see has a full schedule, you can always ask to be added to the cancelation list to be notified if something opens up.
*On-line scheduling: if you booked your appointment correctly, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of the booking. You will also receive an email reminder the day before the appointment. If you do not receive an email confirmation, check MassageBook to be certain you completed the scheduling process and call us if you need assistance.
If you are sick please let us know immediately so that we can reschedule your appointment without charge.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, as well as to honor our own financial responsibilities, the following policies are honored:
24 hours advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, you may be charged the full appointment fee. If we are able to fill the slot, you will not be charged.
If you forget, or consciously choose to forgo, your appointment without notifying us, you will be considered a "no-show" and charged the full appointment cost for your missed appointment, due before rescheduling. Also, you will need to pre-pay for following appointments in order to schedule future sessions.
If you have a gift certificate or package that you had intended to use to pay for your appointment and do not give 24 hours notice of a cancelation, the certificate will be adjusted according to the above policies.
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate other appointments.
