I see clients by appointment Monday through Saturday. I encourage clients to schedule in advance but I do occasionally have same day openings. Also, you can always ask to be added to the cancelation list to be notified if something opens up. My hours vary depending upon my clients' needs. Generally, the earliest appointment option is 9:00 a.m. and the latest is 6:30 p.m.
*On-line scheduling: if you booked your appointment correctly, you will receive an email confirmation of the booking as well as an email reminder a couple of days before the appointment. If you do not receive an email confirmation, check massagebook to be certain you completed the scheduling process.
Cancelation Policy I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, as well as to honor my own financial responsibilities, the following policies are honored:
12 hours advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 12 hours advance notice, you will be charged a $30 cancelation fee. If I am able to fill the slot, you will not be charged.
No-shows If you forget, or consciously choose to forgo, your appointment without notifying me, you will be considered a "no-show" and charged $30 for your missed appointment, due before rescheduling. Also, I will need you to pre-pay for following appointments in order to reserve your session on my calendar.
Clients who no-show or cancel multiple appointments without a 12 hour notice will need to pre-pay for all subsequent appointments and will be charged the full session amount for all missed appointments.
If you have a Gift Certificate that you had intended to use to pay for your appointment and I do not receive at least 12 hours notice of a cancelation, the certificate will be adjusted according to the above policies.
Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate other appointments.
